A name born of the sea

Bahari is the Swahili word for ocean or sea — a term that has travelled through centuries and across continents. Swahili itself is a language shaped by connection: a Bantu foundation enriched by Arabic, Persian, Portuguese, and other influences brought by the Indian Ocean trade routes.

This history of exploration, cultural exchange, and maritime heritage lives in the name Bahari. It symbolises vastness, depth, and possibility — a fitting inspiration for a yacht designed to roam the world’s oceans in speed and style.
